How much does it cost?

Do I need to be fit?

No. Most people start with low confidence or limited experience. We meet you at your level.

What if I miss sessions?

We help you stay consistent and get back on track quickly.

Will I need equipment?

No. Everything is provided.

Is this suitable for beginners or older adults?

Yes. Our approach is designed specifically for adults aged 40 to 75.

Are you only for people aged 40 and over?

We specialise in training adults in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond. That's who our coaching, pace and environment are built for. But we're not age-exclusive. If someone under 40 is the right fit, coachable, respectful, and looking for structured, small-group training, we're open to it. We're protective of the atmosphere our members value, so we prioritise people who want a supportive, ego-free space. If that's you, you'll fit in.
